Hello, I’m Karthik Sreenivasan
I’m a Senior UX Designer with 8 years of experience designing digital products across enterprise, logistics, and technology — currently at Maersk, where I work on product experiences that operate at global scale.
My background is in computer science, which means I think in systems as much as in screens. I work across the full design process — from user research and journey mapping through to interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing — and I’m most effective when I’m involved early enough to shape the problem, not just the solution.
My Values
Follow passion.
Enjoy what you do, keep the spark within you alive and contribute something beyond yourself
Keep learning.
Everyday is an opportunity to learn, learn something new. Be curious to know how things work.
Be creative.
Get inspired, try to see the world in a different perspective and bring the unique version of yourself
Stay humble.
No matter who you are and where you are, always respect everyone. Be true to yourself and true to others.
